Maghdoûché Amie Des Aînées
The Maghdoucheh Ami Des Aînés “MADA” project, focuses on providing holistic health care services, including nursing, paramedical, and psychosocial care, to elderly adults in the comfort of their own homes. By addressing the unique needs and preferences of each individual, MADA seeks to restore autonomy, improve overall well-being, and reduce healthcare costs. The project also involves engaging local community volunteers and creating a cooperative support system to optimize the quality of life for all involved. Through careful monitoring and evaluation, partnerships, sustainable financing, and community involvement, Maghdoucheh Maak aims to create a transformative and sustainable support system that benefits the entire community and enhances the well-being of elderly individuals.
To implement the program, a road map is suggested, starting with conducting an inventory of services, assessing needs, and gathering data. The program will then recruit and train staff and volunteers and begin providing services to registered elderly individuals. The final phase focuses on expanding services to benefit the entire community, creating a sustainable support system within the community. Monitoring and evaluation will be an integral part of the program, ensuring the achievement of objectives and continuous improvement based on feedback. The outcomes and sustainability of the program will be ensured through data-driven decision-making, partnerships, strong governance, community engagement, and sustainable financing.
The main objectives of the project are as follows:
By achieving these objectives, the project aims to transform society by positively impacting the community and promoting values such as affection for loved ones, meaningful work, and seeking enjoyment among elderly adults.
